I mean yeah, better offensive teams are more effective against UVA than bad offensive teams.
The goal of good defense of any style is to upset the rhythm of the offense. UVA does it by not giving you good looks and forcing you into rushed shots at the end of the shot clock. Other teams do it by extreme pressure. It's the same end goal though: to get the offense to do something it doesn't want to.
You don't hold a team like UNC to 43 points unless you are elite defensively. You can't slow the ball down that much.

I said they were FOUR STAR RECRUITS.
White was hired in May 2015.
Was he recruiting players while at La Tech? I guess I'll give you Leon but he sucks anyway. Just like the rest of White's recruits.
