This year’s playoffs same old crap. Politics

More of the same thing. Even this year, the same old teams. Group of five teams never given a chance. Would have loved to see Coastal Caroline vs Georgia.

I understand Coastal Carolina, but your Georgia want makes no sense. You can't pick playoff teams based on who you want.

They either need to go back to the BCS, or expand the playoffs immensely to stop the opt outs. I’m talking a 28 to 32 team playoff.

What needs to change is that the committee should only be deciding at-large teams and seeding. There should be an expansion of the playoff with clear rules about how you qualify (conf champs). As long as you have humans deciding who is in and who is out you will have bias.
