I think you may be underestimating just how bad Florida is.
They had a top 5 QB last year and went 6-6. They now have a QB who was a bad enough passer that even WISCONSIN didn’t want him.

I've seen a few QBs transfer and do a lot better at their new school.
He should have a run game with Johnson and Ettiene.
Utah is tough at home though they've only lost 4 in the last 4 years there.
