Wow...they allowed that to be published? Not even talking about the content, it reads like a 9th grader wrote it.

As a LSU fan, I couldn't care less about any other sec team but whoever wins that conference regardless of record will be of the 4 best teams in the country every year.

So you are telling me that Baylor, West Virginia and Oklahoma arent good teams?

West Virginia lost to the 4th or 5th best SEC West team by double digits on a neutral site.

Not by very much at all. Spreads would be very close between all 4 of those teams. As of now, home team would probably be favored in any matchup between those teams.

Wow. So USC would be favored over LSU or Ole Miss? Utah, of all teams, would be favored over LSU or Ole Miss?

No. I think WV is a good team, but they also have two L's. I like ASU and UO in the PAC. But as a product, the PAC and BIG 12 are lacking. And the ACC is terrible outside of FSU.

This is EXACTLY what people are talking about. ESPN has brainwashed the masses into believing that no other conference plays good football except the SEC. Its that type of promoting that leads to comments like "Dont blame ESPN, blame shitty football in other conferences". If you actually read the article, it points out how there is just that...shitty football being played by half the conference. That is something SEC fans just dont want to hear.

The SECW is 50 something - 1 playing outside the division.

7 teams, one loss.

Just like it did the Big 10 pre-2000? ESPN is going to promote, and talk about who is playing good football. Should they spend a lot of time covering UM and Ohio State over Auburn and Alabama? One rivalry is a playoff game, and the other hasn't mattered in over a decade. Don't blame ESPN, blame the shitty football in other conferences.

This guy gets it.

personally, I think the level of play is down in the SEC, but it's still just light years more fun, and more competitive than any other conference.

that article is complete bullshite.

Mississippi State and Ole Miss are good and Florida and Tennessee are not = DECLINE

That is what people who write articles like this think.

@bnokj I don't know what you're talking about. Wait, according to hundreds of cousin-plunging $EC fans, I don't know what I'm talking about.

Which is the #6 team right now. Dumb post is dumb.

A team picked to finish near the bottom of the Big 12 played the #6 team in the country down to the wire.
