And it looks like I was right.

Down 9% from last Thursday night

Down 11% from the same week last year (in a game also featuring the Pats)

Who the frick wants to watch the Colts?

Seriously, I usually have a game on no matter what but I'm traveling and I had no desire to put that on in any circumstance

I like the Giants and the Eagles have some interesting storylines so I'm all down for that.

Last year the Red Sox played a day game against the Astros then the Pats were on at night. On the road. Yesterday they were on at the same time as the RedSox played the Yankees in Boston so everybody in Boston was either attending one of the games or watching the Red Sox.

The 3 largest markets for the football game last night all had playoff baseball games going on at the same time.

You seem upset that ratings have been good. You should probably wait until the weekends over before getting so excited.

Too bad the NFL ratings are doing well generally outside of that one game. But hey, it's cool to shite on NFL ratings!!!!!

They're not great by any means, but Barkley at least is a good young talent at RB.

Eagles at 2-3

Not the greatest start but Wentz is back and they are still the defending champs.

What? The Red Sox played last night, not Thursday night.

I would like to be the third person to tell you the Red Sox did not play Thursday so your point is invalid.

Isn’t there usually a thread either way? If they’re down, somebody started one. If they weren’t down someone started one.

Maybe people just stopped caring since we’ve been talking about f’n tv ratings for a year

Good ol' RobbBobb...hates the NFL but starts threads about it. Calls people skyscreamers, yet is the epitome of one.

LoL

I posted in the OP that when I saw there was no thread, I knew the ratings must have been REALLY bad. So I looked it up, and yup, down double digits. I wouldn't have posted at all if some of you baws were honest enough to say that kneeling has indeed effected NFL popularity, I mean the year before Kaep, the NFL was setting attendance, merch, and ratings records.

That many people didnt just 'get bored' in 7 months

You really need to scrape the sand out of your poontang about the kneeling. Nobody is talking about it anymore.
