Yeah, that dude is a complete tool. Poulter wears some crazy shite but at least it's usually tasteful.

The wind was blowing really hard so you can see some leaves, but look at this green! It's #1's and not one of the "harder" ones.

I wouldn't say it's thuggy...it just isn't very classy. Of course puma isn't exactly the classiest apparel out there.
