several:
went drinking with Lebron James for his 21st b-day (most relevant).
Tony Romo when he signed his $67MM contract
TO
Bradie James
Marcus Spears
DeMarcus Ware
Marion Barber
Jason Witten
(pretty much met all current cowboys and a lot of past ones)
several NBA stars:
Melo
all the Mavs
CP3
I'm a partner in a pretty good size sports concept in Dallas, and my parter is a pro linebacker. Makes me look like a superstar to my kids, as my kids sports banquets usually have a pro athlete passing out trophies
the most impressive one was when I took my daughter backstage to meet Miley Cyrus. My college friend plays bass in her band

I had a nice handshake with Joe Theisman. I also played picked basketball with Hasheem Thabeet in Tanzania.

I don't think I've ever shaken hands with any of these guys, and I certainly didn't ask for an autograph or anything like that, but I either know or have at least briefly spoken with all of these guys. I think a pretty obvious pattern will emerge.
Luol Deng-I know him the best in the group. He was very good friends with two guys who lived in my freshman dorm).
Demarcus Nelson-Spoken with him a handful of times. He probably slept with more chicks in 4 years than anyone else I have ever met.
Jay Williams-Saw him in the gym when he was training Johnny Dawkins's son. We talked for a little bit about his upcoming tryout with the Nets. Very friendly guy. I saw him a few years before playing beer pong in his wheelchair, with JJ Redick and Duhon
Matt Danowski-2007 Lacrosse Player of the Year and I believe he is the all-time leading scorer in the history of NCAA lacrosse.
Johnny Dawkins-Current Stanford basketball coach. I actually played in an informal game with him and his 12-year old son, along with 6 other guys. He didn't take any shots or drive to the hoop. Otherwise the game would have probably ended 21-0

and he's a lot less famous than the others on my list, but i was really close to seeing Felix Hernandez's gf's coochie. Had to give Felix, his gf, and his agent a ride from Dulles airport to a signing. His gf sat in my backseat in s short skirt...with my mirror adjustments i was very close to seeing the promised land, but couldn't quite get there. She was on the hump in the middle, and it worked to my advantage.
