Might throw the pennies into the well on Rory but frick me I can't help but split the screen door on the field.

I better make a lot of money this weekend.

Didn't Westwood switch to the Calloway Chrome Soft? That could be important in the strong winds projected.

Westwood could switch to wiffle balls and thrive.

He is at home in Augusta.

Some good baws in Edgefield. I use to play at Pine Ridge up there. Had a great dogfight. SC's peach center.

I'm in a salary cap pool, points for top 10 finish and deductions for missing cut.

Went with Rory, Rose, Matsuyama, Westwood, and Kuchar.

Last 3 years they've missed zero cuts and finish in top 10 2/3rds of the time

Everybody on PGA tour radio has been saying they're gonna have to play the entire course through the air this year. Especially if it's wet. Phil controls his ball flight well, and has a better imagination than anyone on tour.

Basically what they're saying, in their own golfy vernacular, is to save him the last towel for the Sauna on Sunday. He'll be in the hunt.

How bad would it suck to have Masters Par 3 tickets.

Course will be dry as a bone come tomorrow and as fast as any year by Friday.

Matsuyama going to serve suishi at next year's champion's dinner. Or whatever the hell they serve.

It is still better than not having tickets, fwiw.

Got through the pro shop, driving range, and walked every hole but 17 and 18 before they blew the horn the second time.

Saw Spieth hit a tee shot on 6. Saw Justin Thomas practice around 2 green. Saw Justin Rose tee off on 4. Saw Kisner hit his second and third on 8. Saw a couple other golfers hit shots while looking at the course.

All in all, sad we didn't have longer. The drive from BR to Augusta ain't short, but I'd take it every day for 4 hours at The Masters.

I mean, gotta think DJ is the favorite. I don't root all that hard for him, though. I don't like his game.
