You'd think whoever comes up with this shite would spend at least a little effort to not make their graphics look like someone obviously one-shotted the design with chat gpt/gemini.

Pro Franchises have been leaning into these types of developments, and see them as a significant revenue stream.
Just to clarify, this area is about to be abandoned by both the Chiefs and Royals, correct?
So, this isn’t a development that will have a professional sports franchise as its centerpiece. Instead, the local county government thinks an empty and abandoned stadium will be a destination point that will attract visitors, businesses, and residents.

Owners are in real estate now. They don’t give a shite about fans. You’ll still show up, and instead of tailgating, you’ll hang out at some giant patio venue and hand your money to the organization instead of chill in a parking lot.
Sad, but true for everyone.

Yes they are moving to Kansas, planned for 2031. This development seems like a better option than demolishing everything

They can have mine. I'm fricking done with the annual traffic making the strip a fricking race track

If you are a Saints fan and they play in KC before 2031, you should come experience it for yourself. Its 287 acres of world champiship quality BBQ, drinks, and hospitality before and after the game.

Why does Arrowhead look like Qualcomm Stadium in those renderings?
