The new RB ripped off a 45 yd run vs Nebraska.

It was halfway through the 3rd qtr and most of the starters were still in. He didn't have much trouble running away from them. Luper knows what he is looking for and he must have it.

Beau has zero to do with this. 2nd team All SEC, 23 total tackles, 8 sacks. He deserved a pay bump but not his rumored asking price.

That is big news. I know the LSU lineman has a visit scheduled. Grabbing both would be crazy
He's a high floor low ceiling option IMO. One thing is for certain, the staff cant afford to get that position wrong again.
One thing about the Kennesaw state kid is that outside of one conference game, he executed the offense and won. I wont be surprised if they give him enough money to come in and push Zollers and Simmons who both need a lot of work reading defenses and placing throws.
I think Goodie will be a great field WR. He could struggle getting off the press in the boundary. They still need to get a true X Wr that can get off the press and take the top off the defense. The latter part is where Manning struggled.

Jones and Blackwell need to make serious hay. McClellan and Webb combined for 68 tackles. That's a big hole.
Big time pickup by Nicholson
Former Hutchison CC product and FSU DE that Early recruited when he was at Houston visits this week. Has dealt with a lot injuries up to this point.

With the needs at QB, OL and interior DL I think they throw a bag at an X and hope Fowlkes or Terry pan out at as the ZWR. They will fill out the two deep with incoming Fr and whoever they can grab.
This is why the bowl game pisses me off. They had an opportunity to get vertical and use Zollers for what he currently has, the fast ball. Instead Drink does Drink things and its the horizontal stuff and Zollers struggles. Its not like Zollers was running for his life. He had plenty to time to make throws. Drink gave other teams more evidence to say "the passing game sucks so why go there to block". The guys that left are replaceable, but they will be replaced with more replaceable guys.

Wyatt Young(NTSU) committed to Oklahoma State yesterday.
Xavier Townsend(ISU) is set to visit Notre Dame after a visit with FSU.
Caleb Goodie(Cincinnati) should be on campus today.
Not sure what the Jayvan Boggs situation is. They need to land at least two and preferably 3.

I've seen the rumblings. Both schools need him. Chip was his coach for one season so im not sure that matters much. Jones has put a bunch of tackles in the league and Trost will be the next. Hopefully that and close to home will sway if the bags are the same.
