So whats up with the crowd at the games? They seem to not be very baseball savvy....they boo obvious ball/strike calls and cheer when Braves hit pop flies as if they are homeruns.

Very electric atmosphere tonight as soon as the Braves gave us something to cheer about on offense. Great plays throughout the game kept the crowd 100% into it.

Just got back to Knoxville. Interesting game. 7th inning was a managerial derpfest with Mattingly outderping Fredi, 8th and 9th inning I was an emotional wreck.
Game 3 is a must win, just as this game was.

Have you ever actually been to an MLB game?
Tbs chooses audio feeds but if you've ever been to any MLB game you'd know that happens every game
Unless you're an Astros fan in which case cheering doesn't apply

Ever been to a baseball game, the majority of seats you can't tell balls and strikes.
Every stadium I have ever been to reacts to the crack of the bat.

To be honest it is more that the crowd was just really into the game. One of the most electric baseball games I have ever been to. I would rather them be so pumped that they cheer or boo at wrong things rather than then be stone silent. Good job braves fans.

Same here. I had goosebumps everytime the chop started. The Ted definitely brought it last night
