Gotta believe we think about fire selling at the deadline now. My Spin zone is without Freeman we can tank for the draft and this helps us in the long run. frick the Blue Jays.

Time to tank for Seth Beer. I don't actually know that Beer will be the consensus #1 pick next year, but #TankForBeer sounds pretty cool so we should roll with it.

Just added it to the OP. Ruiz at 3rd and Jace at 1st. Silver lining is maybe Ruiz takes the spot from Garcia permanently.

Since the All-Star Break last year, Mike Trout leads with a wRC+ of 189 and Freeman is second at 187. Freeman is second in wOBA to Eric Thames over the period. So the argument could certainly be made that he's been the best.

I can't stand the team he plays for but the guy can crush the ball. He has been clutch in a lot of games this year...esp against South Carolina and Coastal Carolina. I would love to see the Braves go after a power hitter but we are know they will go with pitching in the first 2 or 3 rounds.
