I'm parking there and taking the shuttle. Hopefully traffic won't be too bad coming from Alabama

Looks like traffic around the Ted is already slowing down.

Which poster had the best record during the season? We need them to start every one of these post season threads.

We're staying at Doubletree Downtown. There is a Marta station 1 block so just going to catch it.

I think it goes to five points, then catch shuttle to ballpark.

Thanks for advice with church

Five Points is the next stop south from where you get on. Be prepared to wait in a long line for a shuttle.

I'm parking in the grey lot (lucked out and saw they'd released some car spots in that lot this morning), but will be tailgating in the blue lot tomorrow.

Took the MARTA from Buckhead on the Friday of Chipper's last series last year. After standing in that line for the shuttle I vowed to never again take the MARTA to a Braves game, no matter what the cost.

Weren't people trying to argue that the traffic issue was overblown bc you can take marta to the braves?? There is no easy way to get to turner field... unless you get there 3 hours early.

It may be easier to just take MARTA to the Georgia State station and walk to the Ted. I've never done that, but it may be easier. Just have to walk up Capitol Ave and it'll take you right there. I wouldn't advise that at night though.

If the braves make the world series I will personally commit to throw a tailgate for our first home game

bookmark, whatever, it will be done.

also, for those in town, uberx is offering free rides tonight up to $30... not sure how that will work with traffic tho.
