Dodgers opening 3b for Seager?
Posted on 5/26/15 at 9:13 pm to Rouge
No. We just have no real place for Juan right now. Justin turner basically has become the starter

More likely Olivera I would think (or more playing time for Guerrero maybe). Seager probably needs more time in the minors, not exactly blowing up AAA as it is right now.

I don't think I understand what the Dodgers would be getting out of the trade.

Me neither. Was hoping we'd get one of your competitve balance picks

We are going nowhere this season, we wouldn't be giving up picks for a rental. This is just a weird trade all around, doesn't really seem to make sense for either team. Guess we'll see how it shakes out.

Do the Dodgers need bullpen help? Can't imagine they would expect to get that with Cahill or Stults, but still.

Seager was not in the lineup tonight. Just saying...

Do people actually like the K zone? It's so distracting.

Anyone seen the prospects yet? I don't expect them to be anything worth while, but still want to know

It's very distracting. It is also counter to what the "spirit of the game" is. Is ESPN basically saying that there is no point to having an ump call balls and strikes?

Can someone also tell me how this trade is back on again after it was vetoed?

Dodgers need starting pitching

Yikes. Good luck with Cahill or Stults.

I think ESPN is trying to cater to a casual fan who has no idea what the strike zone is. However, baseball isn't a sport that very many casual fans watch. All they're doing is aggravating the fans who actually want to watch baseball.

Ryu and BMac out for the year so after Greinke and Kershaw Dodgers are getting thin
Posted on 5/26/15 at 9:48 pm to Patron Saint
I don't mind K-zone, it doesn't bother me unless umpire is missing several obvious pitches
