One of the best pitches thrown by a Braves pitcher this season. Up and in fastball at 99mph with late run.

That's elite shite

Really starting to hope we keep him in the bullpen. A cheap, controllable, elite back end bullpen arm would be a huge asset going forward.

Looking like a good call

Let's hope 2 is enough

One hitter. Tremendous job by the pitching staff.
Phillies are off today, so the lead is back up to five.

Disagree on Walt. Taking down Soler gave them a morale boost early in the season. He has stuck to the plan of not overworking Fuentes, Lee and Iggy. Has had to rework the bullpen around Suarez's injury and had to work around Kim being a $20 million waste signing. Basically has a dude on the roster (Kim) they can't get rid of for financial/pride reasons.
Still has them 20-plus games over .500 with Riley and Acuna hitting in the .220s and .230s. Had to play Chadwick Tromp and Murphy significant number of games at catcher to help cover Drake Baldwin missing games.

I was kind of surprised he swung at it just because his brain could have said: I might as well take this pitch b/c I'm not going to be able to do shite with it.
