Nope. The best I have is whenever the Astros accusations get dropped and get proven to not be true, we’re going to kick even more arse, and the Astros will continue to eliminate the Yankees in the postseason for years to come

I noticed that as well. Funny how the shoe is on the other foot now, and most of the Astros fan’s here defense is “everyone else must be doing it too/the video and email isn’t enough proof” or some other weak arse excuse. It’s so cute when Astros fans try to sling mud at other teams when the reality is their own team is just as dirty.

Are you expecting Blue Jays fans to be super pissed? How about Mariners fans? You know, I bet the Marlins really got the shite end of the stick because of this.

Do you think that maybe, just maybe, Yanks fans are pissed because that’s who the Astros beat in the ALCS in 2017?

Well that isn't going to happen with the e-mails now, so what is the best you've got?

Let's face it the Astros are set to be fined, lose draft picks, and international money. Won't do much to the current team but future teams.

The Astros deserve a two year postseason ban so that other teams don’t even think about doing it ever again. If it’s fines and draft picks, it will be deemed as worth it

Go look on any social media outlet and you will find that many of the people complaining are Yankees fans.

Gee, I wonder who the Astros played in a tightly-contested 7 game ALCS that year?

Just wondering.

I’m assuming the Dodgers, but I could be wrong.

I don’t remember seeing you in McCaigbro’s Ranger Rewinds, but maybe you were I don’t know.

That jomboy guy is really pushing hard to get the Astros in trouble and he’s a diehard Yankees fan and has a huge following of Yankee fans

How is Jomboy getting Yankees in trouble? He is just keeping up with the news. MLB is investigating based on The Athletic report which had testimony from 4 former players (only 1 that was willing to go on record Fiers) as well as an opposing pitcher Farquhar that had recalled an instance in 2017 of hearing noises while he was pitching.

It is also The Athletic that has been releasing followup stories with more damning evidence,

Not sure why you think it is just Yankees fans trying to bring Astros down.

There really isn’t any proof of the Astros cheating against the Yankees in the ALCS. The whistling stuff is completely false and if you listen, the whistling and the type of pitches don’t even match with each other.

But there hasn’t been any concrete evidence showing the Astros even cheated in the ALCS. The whistling is complete BS. It’s obviously a fan whistling. The different types of whistling noises and the pitch types don’t even match up

I know. It’s all just an ill conceived conspiracy against the Astros. This will all blow over in no time.

The email, and it only suggests that the scouts could maybe try cameras or binoculars. This email was sent in August of 2017. Not many people are talking about the fact that the Astros fired 8 of their scouts in August of 2017. Maybe the Astros didn’t know about this and found out what was going on behind the scenes and fired the guys who were doing this.

The Astros had a better road record than home record. Their road record was 53-28 and their home record was 48-33. The Astros also had a better batting average on the road than at home. Road batting average was .284. Home batting average was .279. Their slugging was also better on the road than at home. Slugging on the road was also better with a slugging average of .483 to .472. More homeruns on the road than at home also with 123 on the road and 115 at home and the Astros have a very hitter friendly ballpark.

Here’s what I found that was the very interesting. I’ll give all the people who think the Astros cheated this benefit. The only thing that I’ve seen that may indicate that the Astros cheated is the banging on a bat rack or trash can, but the Mariners pitcher said it was the bat rack he was hitting.

But with that being said, these accusations are in the month of August and if you look at the Astros in August of 2017, that was the Astros worst month during that season. It was their worst month when it came to W/L record, average, and slugging. August was tied with April for their lowest amount of runs put up during any month during the 2017 regular season for the Astros. August was the second worst month for the Astros whenever it came down to hits, homeruns, and RBIs. April was first in those categories. Also comparing the months of April and August, the Astros played 28 games in August compared to 25 games in April. Astros had 954 ABs in August, which was their second highest month in 2017 whenever it came down to ABs, and had 848 ABs in the month of April in 2017, which was the lowest amount of ABs.

In my opinion, if the Astros cheated, it was during the month of August of 2017, and based on the numbers for the Astros during that month, the Astros were very bad at cheating. There is no proof that they cheated in the postseason because the whistling was obviously from fans and it didn’t match up with the pitches that were being thrown. Also the bullpen catcher giving signals with an ear piece in will never be able to be proven. There’s just no way they can prove that to be true. I don’t think the Astros cheated and if the allegations come out to be true, then I will be very upset and angry with my own team.

I’ll even give a link so everybody can go and look at the numbers for themselves and you can look at any season, regular season and postseason.
