Damn we need a Tyrell Hatton featured group. He’s tied for the lead. Want to see an epic explosion tomorrow when he shoots 80

Where do you think 8 foot breaking putts at Augusta fall?

From a statistical perspective, right about 50/50

That is your average for ALL 8 foot putts on the pga tour. Some flat, some uphill, some downhill, some bending, etc

You telling me a downhill 8 footer at Augusta wouldn’t be on the below 50% of the curve? No shot

That’s correct, including 8 foot putts at Augusta

Im starting to think you are dumb

Some 8 footers are below 50% in make rate, some are right at it, and some are above it. Also, some courses are harder greens that others. Some 8 footers are made more at some courses greens vs others. Thats how averages work

Bending downhill 8 footers are not made at 50%. The fact you can’t comprehend that and you is read think every 8 footer is equally made at 50% is worrisome

These Cameron Smith stats are wild
7/13 Fairways Hit
5/17 Greens in regulation
1.24 Putts per hole (pretty sure he's lowest in tourney with Scottie at 1.33)

1 Bogey, 1 Birdie, 15 pars

Statistically, they are. Mark Brodie found no material difference in uphill/downhill, left breaking/right breaking putts of the same distance in any of his data.

I’ll take his word over it over some fricking retard that works in procurement and didn’t know what the World Golf Rankings were 2 years ago

You must not be very familiar with his game. This is a standard day at the office for the Cam Smith experience

It’s not a matter of opinion. He’s just wrong, which to be fair, has no bearing on anything he ever says.
