The 3 GOAT’s and Why I’m Rooting for NE

Pretty much everyone agrees that the 3 GOAT NFL QB’s are Brady, Brees, and Manning. A quick look at their career stats will confirm this.
Drew Brees has already beaten Manning in the ‘Big Game’.
If he defeats Brady, Tom will be a career 5-4 in SB’s and Drew will have defeated both of his competitors in the discussion.
It would be VERY difficult (almost impossible) to say Drew Brees is not the true GOAT when he retires with all the career passing records and victories against Peyton and Tom on Super Sunday.
We shall see what unfolds this weekend!

People are just caught up in the now. If someone offered me a prime Joe Montana right now to replace Brees for the NFCCG and Super Bowl I'd jump all over it.

Wrong! Pretty much nobody other than Saints fans have Brees in the top 3 ever. Look at 50 lists of the top 10 QBs ever and you will be lucky if he is in the top 3 in one of them. I am not saying it is right or wrong, just saying what it is. Posted on 1/14/19 at 12:48 pm to lsupride87
