Lots of low scores out there this morning for mediocre golfers, they must have listened to Rory and nerfed the course, even if the pin locations are difficult.

The pins are absolutely still tucked and the greens are not receptive at all once the winds pick up and take all the morning water/dew off
The wind isn’t there at the moments and nobody has gotten thru the much more difficult back 9, that’s the difference . We very well might see another Shinnecock 2018 type of day with morning and afternoon wave differences
