Y’all remember when Gary McCord was banned for life from even walking on the property for saying the greens were slicker than bikini wax?

He wasn't "banned", he was removed from the CBS commentary team and never asked again.

So in other words, he was banned. Got it.

As usual, the flat stick will determine whom wears the jacket.

I feel like that is almost never the case.

I was listening to Dusty Dvoracek and Danny Kanell's college sports show this morning. Dusty said he is friends with the owner of whatever company Fatrick has on his shirt this week. Captain America's people came to the guy recently and asked if he wanted to sponsor Reed for the week. Owner guy asks Dusty about it and Dusty's like "uh, he's not the most well-liked guy..." But, the owner baw went through with it. I think he only got tickets for a practice round in return. Kanell was laughing and said Reed is the type of guy you have act as sponsor for a tax service that finds loopholes.

Clark must have one hell of a manager. He's getting a ton of air time with SVP and went viral with Kay Adams at the Players

I can't seem to find it now, but Data Golf had a stat showing how the 4 SG areas most impact the winner of all the majors. All were fairly similar in that off the tee and approach were the most important. The one big difference was that around the green had a much greater impact at Augusta than any other major. I may be misremembering, but I think that coincided with putting being less important at the Masters than any other major.

ETA: I found it. It was in their newsletter. SG Putting for the winners of all the majors in the last 5 years was lowest at the Masters, then the PGA Championship, US Open, and Open Championship.

Kelce basically just told SVP even he has no idea what he brought to the table but he appreciated the opportunity.

Don’t you put that evil on me.

Sad to have another Masters without my boy Fowler, so I suppose I will have to root for Louisville’s Most Wanted (Scottie).

I would love to hear Nantz have a breakdown if Fatrick chased down Rory and took the green jacket away on Sunday.

Rory putted like shite last year and was chipping in from off the green for birdie. That should tell you all you need to know about putting.

Scheffler and Rahm were barely positive putters in their wins.

Outrights so far:
Bobby Mac
Matsuyama
Reed
Bhatia
Koepka

Might add Xander if DK would offer a damn boost but their masters offerings have sucked so far
