The volatile JT and rookie Young are doing pretty good

Euros will always be better at this. They learn how to flight balls way more than us due to playing in wind

Critique the pairing, but they have to guess what players Euro will have in that slot when the selection is made.

I feel like we’ve done a dog shite job of controlling our spin today with the course as wet as it is.

they don't have any idea who they're getting paired against. They just submit their groups 1-4 and they find out later who they're matched up with

We spin it 50 yards off the green then stare at the club like it’s the one to blame

I'd prefer that they go to the Presidents Cup style. Teams alternate announcing their selection so there is even more strategizing.

I just don’t understand how the Americans come into this so unprepared so often.

It’s almost insane how unprepared we were for the greens. We look lost reading putts and judging spin.

A lot of golf left. Can't go into tomorrow 6-2 though. That's disaster. 5-3 we are ok.

I mean, the best player in the world is playing about as mediocre as he has in 2 years. If he doesn't do that, we're looking at probably being down 1 or maybe even even going into day 2.

Rahm playing well, and Scottie sucking is killing the team right now.
