This is so frustrating for me. We very clearly have talented enough golfers to win this. We have to find a way to get the right pairings because Europe has nailed it once again.

Can't believe the guys made it this close, tbh. Had plenty of chances Friday or Saturday to keep it in range today and they just didn't do it.

I hope he doesn't because that would be some participation trophy mindset bullshite. Fact of the matter is, we didn't tie, partly because of the rule, but also partly because of our bad play on Friday and parts of yesterday.
But I hope he calls out the absurdity of the rule.

Europe’s days are numbered in this event. Western Europe is dying and golf is a game for the elite, and we have won 5 Walker cups in a row. I think we will figure out teams and will rattle off about 5 wins in a row starting soon

They got to 14.5 and only needed to get to 14. So it really didn’t come into play. Had they tied 14-14 it would have been incredible bullshite.
