There sure do seem to be a lot of divots in the fairway for the beginning of a Ryder Cup. Have they not had the course shut down to the public for at least a few weeks?

Why do we have Spieth hitting the approach shots and JT putting? Shouldn’t it be the other way around?
Same with DJ and Morikawa. He’s probably the best iron player in the game but he’ll miss more of these 4 footers than anybody. Made that one though!

Spieth and Thomas just can’t get over the hump. I saw Stricker lurking and what looked like Zach Johnson I think, talking to Spieth. I’d say leave them alone and let them play. The guys know how to play golf, standing over their shoulder is just going to freak them out.
