Tipton has been lying to use!!!!

He is acting like he was dogged for cheering for Sergio over Rose at the end. The truth is, he was cheering for Garcia over Fowler and other americans going into sunday!!!! Ranch and Ryno, kick this tipton guys arse out the sauna

I have always been a fan of Sergio. Every time I've seen him at Augusta he's always been very genuine and approachable. I was surprised the year after Bethpage he still stuck around after hitting range balls to sign autographs. I was thinking after that fiasco he would never have anything to do with American fans, but I was wrong.

Eta: Rickie still has some years left on him. Serge needed this more.

True or False - finishing inside the Top 10 is a reasonable expectation for Tiger Woods this weekend?

Am I crazy for saying true?

True. He’s played extremely well and placed inside the top 10 in his last couple of starts. I think it’s very reasonable considering how well he plays Augusta, even with two years off.

Now I believe it’s unreasonable to expect him to win. Could he? Sure, but he’s still only 3 months into his comeback. If this tournament was in August, him being the favorite is more reasonable. He’s got to prove consistent with the driver, which has oftwn been a struggle and something that lags behind other parts of his game, currently.

No. He was He finished T17 without playing at all leading up to the tourney in 2015, but was in the 3rd to last grouping on Sunday. He was playing awful in 2011, and finished T-4.

His last two events were T-5 & T-2, and has 13 top 10s in 20 appearances at the Masters. Those expectations aren’t crazy at all.

Not only is it reasonable it would be a disappointment if he didnt.

He has played about as well as anybody over last month.

That's how I originally phrased the question, but I reconsidered.

I’m not sure I like all the new access were being given to The Masters. I mean it’s fascinating and all, but the mystique is being chipped away.

What’s been new this year? Other than shot tracker on a few holes?

They’ve been showing champions dinner photos for a few years now

I’m talking about getting Par 3 live the inside of the dinner etc. We never got to see the actual menu we got to hear what it was etc. I guess I’m being off my lawn guy but just think some things are better left to what we think it is.

Much like Wimbledon, to me there’s certain things left untold unseen. I know I’ll get downvotes because it’s the cool thing to do. But the Masters to me is like a Fraternity/Masonic Lodge

I feel like it’s just the internet age, seems like the last few years someone always tweets a picture of the menu with all the signatures of attendees on it.

Yes that’s part of it. Also the switch of showing the front 9 live was the beginning of changing the mystique
