-Tiger then heads towards his ball almost about to approach Sergio hit the ball and Tiger motions to be quiet seemingly because he thought Sergio already hit

When a player is addressing the ball you stop what you are doing until they swing. It's common courtesy.

How many rounds on Tour has Tiger played? Do you not think that he knows the reaction of the gallery when he pulls a club to go for the par 5 green in two? Of course their going to cheer, and encourage him.
Now, I don't know if he did it on purpose. It could have easily been an honest mistake. Just pointing out that why Sergio has a legitimate complaint, if it was on purpose.

this is what gets me. sergio has NO complaint. and i root for the guy.
he easily could have backed off hit shot. and the noise started before he even began his backswing.
