Always wonder what these international athletes think when they come over here and end up in a place like Beaumont, TX. Has to be quite the culture shock

How about Matt Wallace and Danny Willett both playing for Jacksonville State in Jacksonville, AL?

Or the slew of dudes who came through East Tennessee (Seamus Power, Adrian Meronk, etc.)?

Kinda my point. I'd imagine a lot of international guys who end up places like that may or may not have ever visited these places, just got a D1 offer and were like "sure, let's go." Then they arrive, and are like "where the frick am i"

Jacksonville St is a good one, though. Used to drive through there a lot when I was driving back and forth between Atlanta and Memphis. Couldn't imagine spending 4 years there and I've lived all my life around rednecks

Tommy Fleetwood yesterday cost me $1000 on a 3 ball. He bogeyed his last hole to lose..

Today after 13, he’s almost a lock to finish out my Made Cut bet but then has 4 Bogeys to cost me another $500.

I think I just found my new most hated golfer in my opinion

You could be Adam Scott in head-to-toe beige. Looks like a UPS driver

Adam Scott may be the most boring man on the planet. He can play some golf though.

Yes, and he's still handsome (no homo) and has a beautiful golf swing. The highwater pleated pants he wore in the masters were something else, though

Greg Norman would have gotten it out of there on one shot.

If he wanted to he could be an incredibly marketable superstar hunk

Instead he’s the most boring player on tour

I can’t believe he walked away with only a double.

kinda wild the cut line is still at +2 with no one going low. Only 6 shots separating the leader from the cut line at the moment. Granted it's still early, but 56 players between -2 and +2 is quite the logjam

+2 should get in right? That’s T46?

Yes, right now it's at +2. +3 is T61. Cut line is T60 and ties. Obviously, it could very easily move to +3 (or higher depending on how the afternoon shakes out)

I wonder if any of these shots I'm watching are live. There's like a 10 minute gap between each of Rory's shots, and you can hear celebrations before you even see a shot for others. I know not every shot can be live, but come on NBC, do better.
