Brooks is calm as can be and doesn’t get down on himself. Spieth gets too down on himself after hitting a bad shot and gets himself flustered and that leads to even more mistakes. Brooks has been the closest thing to old Tiger that we’ve gotten.
Agreed. Brooks gives zero fricks about anyone or anything. Pretty much told Tiger to hold his beer and proceeded to show him how it's done over these last 2 days.

the only thing working in Young Jordan’s camp is he’s like 4 years younger than Bruce. and if he can get his putter back to the level of a few years ago, it can cover up other deficiencies in his. Spieth isn’t done by a long shot

He really just needs to get his ball-striking back to what it was a few years ago. That's what has really dropped off.
He was either #1 or #2 SG T2G in 2017.

What makes it hard for a lot of people to like Brooks, is that he really just doesn’t like golf that much, so he doesn’t show a lot of emotion on the course.
That is so overblown. He loves golf. It's just not the entirety of his existence.

Can we get “Tiger misses the cut” in the title of the thread? We sure see Tiger’s name in the title anytime he has a decent round.

Have you listened to interviews with him?

Danny Willett made the cut. Everyone who MC should feel bad, really bad.

I don’t blame Spieth for Willet winning that Masters, where was everyone else? They let an average Joe, European Tour player win one of our most prized possessions.

Cold and didn’t practice much on the course this week.
Tiger has been working at Bethpage for two weeks now. Don’t go with the “he didn’t get his prep on the course” excuse.

Listen to his interviews.
He really doesnt care. He kinda gets amped up for majors and likes winning but doesnt really care.

He played 27 holes in two practice sessions in a little over a week. Far from being there practicing for two weeks.

Bruce Cupcake just wins majors?

He’s been in the area for two weeks. If he wasn’t practicing that’s his fault.

Spieth is 25. If he wins one more in the next 5 years he'll be even with Koepka at that age.
Koepka's game is quite obviously built around being a prolific driver. He won't stay in that shape forever.
