I'll preface this with I don't pay mind to the media and their narratives.
Why is he feeling disrespected? Any golf fans I talk to are very impressed by his ability, just not crazy about the attitude. Dude is a majors winning machine and poised to go on a tear the next few years.

Missing fairways is a nonstarter this week.
Bruce is bombing it down the center. Add in some putts that these guys don’t typically make and we have him running away with the thing.
He’s doing exactly what he should be doing and I’m not trying to take anything away from him, but this is some boring golf.

Wut? He's made several long putts. He just can't hit a fairway, and its hard to make pars when you have to try to 1 putt every hole.

I agree. Just hit the fairways and THEN get aggressive with the irons. You miss the fairway and the best you can hope for is a par putt.
