Romo is fun right now, he'll get better with time but right now he's all over the place

Well I guess that's one way to get to the Super Bowl.

But Danielson is well spoken, and just has a better on air presence.

Romo’s voice isn’t great, he doesn’t speak with confidence, and he isn’t particularly well spoken.

I also agree that the whole predicting plays before they happen doesn’t really add anything to the viewing experience.

Then you never heard Walsh.

Gary Danielson diagnosing plays is like Elmer Fudd compared to Bill Walsh diagnosing plays.

One is fan-centric - one is NFL head coach-centric.

People like Danielson because he's folksy and doesn't really go into any real depth...he's mostly pom-pom SEC guy.

It's like Romo's third damn game.

He can maybe learn to speak with more confidence, but he just isn’t well spoken to the level that you would want from an on air personality, and I don’t think that’s something that he can learn.

Look at jemele Hill, Stephen a smith, and skip Bayless. Nobody likes what comes out of their mouths, but at least Stephen a and skip are well spoken and sound like they belong on tv.

I actually love being told and generally see the same things as him. To be fair, I enjoy the analysis as much as the game itself so I may be in the minority.

Nice troll

You use some of the most hated people as examples of what a tv personality should sound like?

Love Romo. Favorite part is when he gets excited and starts randomly yelling

I think he’s great, my favorite is still Collinsworth. I know he’s disliked but that guy is sharp, he sees some shite in real time that amazes me at times

Danielson: "They're gonna give it to Ingram."

Bill Walsh: "The Y and Z receivers are separated to a length where the Z will run a post and the Y will run a Go. And the play will actually be a draw...the receivers are just decoys to make the defense pull off the line."

Danielson: "I think they're going to give it to Ingram Vern."

Vern: "So Ingram?"

Danielson: "I think so Verne. It's sort of what Bama does...you know they have a football and they give it to the guy who carries the football and that's what happens."

Vern: "Very astute partner."

Walsh: " receiver is going to pull out of his route on this play...only because he wants to get in the way of free safety targeting the primary receiver which will be trailing behind him. And the QBs job here is to pump to the short route...to fool the safety and as you see in this replay...he does just that as I predicted...and the receiver just missed the catch on the post route."

Danielson: "Yep, they gave it to Ingram..."

Verne: "Partner, you are always spot-on."

Yes. They sound fine, are well spoken and have a screen/mic presence.

The shite that comes out of their mouth is retarded, but they at least “sound” like they should be on tv.

I love that smug ahole Colinsworth too. When Al brings him in at the beginning of a broadcast, watch his little mic flip gesture. It cracks me up every time.
