Apparently some bets were made on Betfair exchange at 1.01, which is -10000 in US odds. Most books here take the line down when it gets above like -5000 or so.

I can't get over how much JJ looks like Joe Dirt. He needs to go back to the wife beater shirt.

This chick used to annoy the frick out of me, but she is a good announcer IMO. Mark Petchey is a chode, though.

Can’t believe Norrie and Paul are both out in Los Cabos and Shittypants will probably win a tourney.

Small play on Sir Andy in the clay court conditions. The night sessions should be a disaster if the early matches for these guys go long. I could see some of them have to play six hours today.

Saw a lot of bitching about them not playing last night when the courts were dry. Not sure what that was about. Maybe a tourney director actually looked at the radar for a change.

Fritz is making me a believer again. Which means it's time for him to lay an egg.

Definitely the best position in a while the Americans have been in leading up to the US Open with Fritz and Tiafoe sitting solidly in the Top 10 and Tommy Paul at 14.

Will any of them beat Alcaraz in a 5 setter? Probably not. But it's progress.

I feel like all 3 of them can beat anyone outside of Novak, Alcaraz, and Medvedev.

Got tickets for the Cincy open. Anyone have tips for attending an ATP WTA tennis event?

He’s probably asleep but I think Bunk has been to Cincy a few times.

Wow. Cressy out in Toronto Q1 to a wildcard player. His ranking has been dropping like a rock.

19 double faults . At some point you have to realize you are off that day and dial that 2nd serve down a bit. Against Novak, sure go ahead, but not against these guys.

No real tips on that -- the event center is easily walkable. I haven't been since 2017. I'd just say if you go early in the week, walk around and watch some side courts. I'm not sure if the practice courts are viewable. I tend to go toward the end of the event at the Masters series and early in the event at majors. Hopefully, you don't get stuck with some women's pushfests. The men's and women's were different weeks until about ten years ago, I think. But, I have attended some events where the women's matches were more enjoyable than the men.

The original Montgomery Inn is kind of fun to go to at least once, although I felt the food had dropped off a bit the last time I went.

I hope MidnightVibe didn't have tickets for the Citi Open finals. Rain delayed Evans and Griekspoor is not ideal. That's the risk in going to tennis tournaments.

Tsitsipas goes stag for a week and wins a tourney. Going to have to throwback to a meme I'm shamelessly stealing.

Also, I'm too lazy to do screen shots on my other computer (different browser) -- but, I saw Nick got really salty that Jimmy Arias just made a throwaway comment that Nick shouldn't be tired, he has played one match this year. Nick turned it into, I've never heard of you, mate, your career sucked, etc.
