Kyrgios in the Citi Open final in half an hour. He’s become my favorite player to watch on hard court/grass given his serve. He should win in straight sets. I can’t imagine him not being ranked when the US open draw comes out later this month.

Routine win for Nick. Nishioka didn't have much gas in the tank. It would be nice to see Nick take out Medvedev in the second round this week and go on a run, but that draw is pretty loaded.

Nick needs to spend time in an asylum. The dude is a nut case

Entertaining as can be, but a complete nut.

He is absolutely nuts but no doubt one of the most entertaining to watch. I know he plays Baez in the opening round Tuesday but didn’t know he’d get Medvedev in Rd 2. That is a tough draw! Looking forward to those matches

Eta just checked odds and Medvedev is the favorite to win the Canadian Open this week at +275. Kyrgios has the third best odds at winning at +1000. Interesting they play in the second round.

Every decent person is rooting for Medvedev and Prince Rublev after their treatment by Wimbledon

Nope. Pulling for the Americans in the draw.

I'd like to see Fritz get over his post French Open meltdown yips.

Tiafoe is also playing really well lately and is a threat to anybody when he can put a complete match together.

Awesome view of Sinner-Alcaraz practice set.

I know we had a discussion a while back about Sinner being 6'4" now instead of his listed height of 6'2". Assuming Alcaraz is actually 6'1", I'm gonna treat it as fact going forward that Sinner is 6'4" or taller.

He's definitely not 6'2 anymore.

Shapo/De Minaur was fun, but rains stopped it near the end of the second set.

Emma is totes cute.

She’s 19, fap away

When is the De Minaur match supposed to resume today? Don’t see any times listed on the resumption of suspended matches but thought they would’ve done it before playing the R32 matches. I jumped on some good odds this morning and took him to win the third set at even money.

They always put suspended matches after a scheduled match or two. I assume it’s so that people who bought tickets for that court get to see what they paid for first.
