Lee is the best player in my opinion.
Te'o deserves it. 100 tackles, 7 INTs, and inspirational leader of an undefeated team. He also had an INT in each of ND's biggest games (Michigan, OU, and USC).
Manziel is really good but he played poorly in 2 of his 3 biggest games. That matters, not great stats against the poorer teams.

Manziel is easily but if he doesn't win it's because teo has a sob story, he is on ND, and he's on the #1 team in the country.

Need to add: 100 tackles, 7 INTs, and forced at least 1 turnover in ND's 3 biggest games. His team also won all of its games. Manziel's team lost 2 of their 3 biggest games.

M Lee.
He's a WR on a 7-5 team.

Lee could have had his heisman moment tonight and he dropped the ball, literally.

Hard to say who the best player is. Lee, Jones, Te'o and a few offensive/defensive linemen would be on my list.
Manziel isn't the best, but he is probably the most important.

I honestly think Tavon Austin is the best player this year.. But WV sucked arse the past 6 games

Best? Marquise Lee
Why he won't? Because the Heisman doesn't go to the best player in CFB

Bumping up this thread for this shite. The Heisman often doesn't go to the best player in college football, but this year it should go to Johnny Football. Head and shoulders above every player in college football and is putting up a season comparable to Tebow, Cam, and VY.
It's ludicrous that Teo is even getting consideration and will go. He has 1.5 sacks all year and 0 forced fumbles. His picks have been mostly lucky plays. He's a good LB but he's not a once-in-a-generation dominant player on defense. It's a travesty that guys like him or Laurinitis get way more publicity over players like Jones or Patrick Willis.

Jarvis Jones, Clowney, Manziel, and Marqise Lee are the 4 best players in CFB
Take your pick
Take your pick

I'd take Clowney over all of them, but Lee reminds me so much of AJ Green. He has ridiculous body control. He made a really tough grab look so smooth and easy on that last drive.

If USC had a good O-line and Barkley didn't shite the bed this year and USC had a TE to keep Lee from being double-teamed...he probably would have won it this year with huge numbers.
As it is, Woods was hobbled and really not himself this year...and USC tried to force their entire O through Lee. It was a recipe for disaster and helps explain their 5-losses.
