I think ULM wants to get some people in Malone Stadium, so Jerry World wouldn't work for them.

sadly, i think tech may have had more people on one side of it's stadium than ulm had in their stadium.

Actually, the Cajuns and Tech have had negotiations to renew the series. Don't know if it will happen in 2010 or 2011 but it's likely to get started again.

But this site doesn't rank 1AA teams. There are about 30 or so 1AA teams better than ULM. But still not bad 99/120. Especially when the budget is 120/120.
