I'm not sure they are the best but they are up there. Their current pewter are the worst in the league. Chargers, Patriots old ones the current ones are awful. Retro Rams & Oilers.

Other than the futuristic jerseys MLB wore during the 90's for a day or two, the NBA had the worst unis of all time in the 90's.
The Bucs had great unis. People hated on the Padres in the 70's, but they brought them back and they are glorious. Many teams need to move back to their old unis.

Looks like every team is adding more unis. Chargers brought back the all navy.

These are great also, for some reason, I liked the mismatched royal jersey with navy helmet.

They actually didn't wear those but one year., their first year in 1976. Interesting fact, they wore them in every game on 1976, and, of course, lost every game going 0-14. In 1977, they changed the numbers from orange to red after opening the season 0-12 beat the Saints 33-14 in the Dome wearing the white jerseys and red numbers. That's the jersey they should bring back.
