The 4 game suspension likely stems from his past history.
Had it been some no-name with a clean slate I highly doubt he gets suspended as long.

he hit the qb high on a dead play and then proceeded to grab him by the throat all after a teammate deliberately head shot a sliding franchise quarterback that was knocked out the game. Suspend the whole fricking team for 6 games.
