How many people in this thread have shown up to work hungover or still drunk from the night before? I'm in no position to judge Sark

Hungover? Okay.

Out drinking until 5 and I have to be at work at 8? No freaking way. Not even when I was 20.

If you are in a position of leadership and you have to lead by example, and your judgment is that pitiful, you don't belong in this position.

This is not like he was out partying all night and he was stocking shelves at Albertson's 3 hours later.

He stayed in Boise 5 years after he could have named his job. Every other guy who won there 5 minutes after they won 10 games. He's a different cat.

If I were USC, I would go after Jeff Fisher.

This guy has gotten more mileage off one Super Bowl 15 years ago than he deserves. Since then he's a glorified Wade Phillips.

If you want to go 8-4 every year and maybe luck into a Pac 12 Championship every 5 years, he's your man.

Much easier to win at USC than in the NFL. I think he'd do really well.

Others may disagree, but I'd like to see Kingsbury at USC. I think that would be a great fit.

Hey...worked for Pete Carroll, I guess. Just coach the damn team and the boosters and agents will take care of the rest.

Too many schools make catastrophic mistakes staying in-house and/or hiring the guy who has ties to the program because they know the culture. Sometimes the culture needs to be changed.

then you run into the charlie strong program. when you tear it down, there may be some LEAN years until the new regime's recruits come in

Yea, I agree with this.

I did it one time - I was 24 and had just come back from a combat deployment a few weeks earlier, and I went out with friends and had a rager until like 3 AM. Had to be on base by 6 AM the next day.

Never, ever again.

That would be a match made in heaven. Offensive mindset, has the look, trendy. Everything they are looking for other than his lack of success as a head coach.
