How many MVP votes?

The Dubs are absolute dog shite without him. Maybe they have ten wins if he doesn’t play. Maybe less.

I’ve just following here and there with box scores since they play so late usually.

But he’s gotta be on the hottest shooting streak of all time. No bitch arse Harden 20+ FTA games. Just pure shooting.

Just caught the last 3 minutes of that game, where he had 10+ points and a couple dagger 3's. Sometimes it slips my mind how incredible of a player he is

do you want to reward excellence or mediocrity? Bc GSW may not even make the playoffs.

Bkn with harden 28-7. 66 win pace.
Bkn without harden, it ain’t pretty. Out of the playoffs. They are 3, 4 maybe even 5 games under .500.

what is better, taking a team from 14 seed to 9. Or from from 9 to 1.

Steph will get votes he probably will finish 3 or 4th.

He’s had 38 3 pointers in a week. That’s more than 6 NBA teams.

He has made 10+ threes in 4 out of his last 5 games. That is more than every single player except 1 in NBA history has over the course of their career.

INSANE.

Durant can't seem to stay healthy and Kyrie likes to space out too often.

Boom is happy because he already has ready-made excuses for why Harden probably won't make it out of the second round.

ETA Most games in NBA history with 10 3 pt fg's made

Steph - 18

Klay - 5

Harden - 3

Just Kyrie / harden the BKN role players would come out the east and they would have a good shot at the title. Poor KD is always on teams who can win the title without him he will always get hate for that. :lol. Kyrie would be the second best teammate Harden ever had in the playoffs. The only time he had one better (not counting okc) was CP the Year they were up 3-2 on GSW.

fricking Boom. Curry is 5th in Booms hardon for PER BTW. Harden is 13th. And 17th in scoring.

It’s Curry and Joker this year followed by the field.

Steph deserves MVP; I don’t care what his team’s record is. He is the best player in the world. Last six games, he is 54-98 from three. There’s a good chance he hits double digit threes again Wednesday. Warriors aren’t going to win a championship, but it’s gonna be entertaining. Steph had a three point streak of 6, 5, 4, 5 in the last four games alone (had two streaks of three in the Denver game). We may have seen more scoring before, but not like this. He’s shooting 55-50-91 in April and has a chance at a 50-45-90 (won’t reach 50% on threes for the season, but 50% overall is well within reach). Believe it or not, his overall FG percentage in April went DOWN tonight. Harden could never dream of this.

It's that inferiority complex in full force

6 of the last 8 seasons the MVP has gone to a player off the team with the leagues best record. Winning is rewarded. As it should be. MVP should never come off a 8 seed....

Here is the thing, I am one of the biggest Steph fans here. When it comes to MVP, my criteria doesn’t change based on who the player is. It is consistent from year to year. MVP can’t come from a player on a sqaud who is just mediocre. The award is league MVP so the award should always go to someone on one of the very best teams. As you can see the voters agree. The only time in the last however many years they gave it to someone on a team who wasn’t really good is when they gave it to russ. And he had the triple double narrative. Steph can score 30 for the rest of the season and still not reach the amount of games that JH did in 2019. it is just not good enough for MVP, although he has probably overtaken both luka and lillard for 1st team all nba guard.
