He has a handicap of 2.2 which is, well, terrible by pro standards.

I will be absolutely shocked if he doesn't finish dead last. Curry wouldn't be able to hack it on the Mackenzie Tour. Web.com pros should wipe the floor with him. That being said, I'm interested. I'll be tuning in.

Baseball has short season A ball as well(New York-Penn League).

Pathetic, he'll miss the cut by a million, he's taking the spot of someone who's actually paid his dues to get there.
He's not taking a spot from shite... Sponser exemptions are always handed out with the hope of drawing more interest in the event.

Dumbass
Rookie ball
A-short season
Low A
High A
Double A
Triple A
Independent League
I count 7, 8 if you add the MLB. Dozens if you add worldwide leagues. And baseball has thousands more players total than golf.

Lol. People melted for Tebow taking spots away. Just like you are melting about Curry taking a spot away. It's pro sports. Follow the money.
Curry is doing this for fun as a one time thing. Tebow is somewhat trying to make a career out of it. Still think Tebow is doing it out of vanity, but I digress

Calm down. He's on a sponsors exemption. You know ... the people footing the bill for this who would like to actually attract some attention.
Sponsors give exemptions to all kinds of people. This is hardly the worst example.

nope

The current minor league classification system divides leagues into one of five classes, those being Triple-A (AAA), Double-A (AA), Class A (Single-A or A), Class A Short Season, and Rookie. Furthermore, Class A is further subdivided into Class A Advanced, and Class A. Under the rules governing the affiliated minor leagues (specifically Major League Baseball Rule 51), Class A Short Season is a separate classification from the other leagues bearing the “Class A” name, despite the similarity in name.

So what do we think he will shoot? Like 90?
Posted on 8/2/17 at 5:38 am to jimithing11
I'd say he shoots 76/73.

He's not even in double A. WTF
And even his owner said he only brought Tebow in for the publicity. Your whole argument needs to be scrapped.

If you are a bettor.....
Take the over in lowest score he will shoot 76.5
Over in 2.5 birdies
Over 8.5 bogeys

Based on his USGA Handicap Index his par is 74 this week.

in a tournament where the top 125 get to play the PGA tour next year.
Incorrect and misleading. The top 25 money winners over the course of the whole season will earn their card for next year along with another 25 from their playoff system. There won't be 125 players finish this tournament after the cut, much less be on tour for doing so.
