San Jose has been getting the calls, and being saved by the refs, every round.
This reminds me of the Redwing teams with yzerman and company. They literally got every call to get back into games, or get the advantage in a game. They got EVERY CALL.

I never understood at the time how that Gelinas no goal then was reviewed either. I think Gelinas later said Toronto replay booth only had access to the CBC feed, which didn’t show a replay or didn’t have a conclusive angle or something.

That's correct. They didn't have access to the ABC feed which showed the puck cross the line. So they had video review, but not the right video.

Which begs the question, why didn’t the replay booth have access to the ABC telecast? That makes no sense to only have the CBC feed.

I always feel dirty about that. I liked the Habs ever since I was a kid, but I'm bummed the Great One didn't get a cup in L.A.
