Wife just got me an early father's day gift! A ticket, flight, and hotel room for game 4!
Anyone want to meet up for some drinks before the game?

Congrats Caps, and especially to fans like Baloo. Y'all have gone through some tough playoff experiences and I hope the Caps seal the deal this year. Caps are on one heck of a playoff run, no doubt. They won that Columbus series after losing 1st two games, and they won this past series after losing a crucial game 5. That's how Championship teams react to diversity, and that makes this Cap team different compared to past Cap playoff runs. We're happy that Caps fans get to experience Ovi play in a "Cup" final, enjoy the ride.
It's crazy that the Lightning didn't even have one goal scored those last two games, and I doubt we ever see that again. We're proud of this Lightning team with how they fought back after digging a 2-0 deficit. Plus, we're proud of them for making another deep playoff run. I personally didn't think they'd make it past Boston, with how well Boston was playing at season end, while the Lightning struggled after the All-Star break.
In game 7 the Lightning had some decent chances to get that all important tying goal, but the Lightning's players just couldn't make it happen. On the other hand, the Caps star players stepped up when it mattered most, kudos to them for that. Especially Ovi, he played like a possessed man on a mission!!! That's how teams win championships, you gotta take it...
Ovichkin & company have been one of the better NHL clubs these past 10 years or so. They've put in the work and deserve a "Cup", but there's one more demon to slay still, Fleury. If they figure him out, they'll win this series.
Good luck....

SCH - I’m going to be in Ireland for the first three games. You know of anything that will stream the game? Will I need to go VPN?

ive officially made the logo and location switch.
I like the knights and all, but, this is too soon.
fleury beating the caps again is just too much, too strange, too cruel.

The NBC Sports App works with a VPN

Download the CBC Sports app. Use VPN to change location to Canada. It’s a much better broadcast than NBC.

What's the humidity look like?
Currently, it's 35% which is ultra muggy by Vegas standards.
I quickly learned the main difference between Vegas and Louisiana weather wise. Back home, you leave the house completely dry and you're soaking wet in 2 minutes. Here, you leave the house soaking wet and you're dry in 2 minutes.

It’s very disappointing there is such a long layoff between the conference finals and Game 1. The schedule used to not be that way. Game 1 used to always start on a Saturday night. I presume it has something to do with the NBA playoffs. But I don’t know why the sudden change with the NBA playoffs scheduling.
