Too bad the Jackets couldn't just decline all these penalties. Not great from Bob either though. Put himself into a really weird stance there that left the 5-hole WIDE open.

I know this Caps franchise better than anyone and how they operate. We’re still so much more skilled than Cbus. CBJ has had the lead for what, 10-15 minutes total this series Take the L.
