It hasn’t decided the series because the Jackets PP is a disaster right now. But holy frick have the refs gave Washington a handful of favorable calls this series.

The Caps have done a nice job of shutting Panarin down, and keeping the Jackets out of center ice. Holtby has made a big difference too. They just look like the better team.

Bobrovsky is so overrated it's not even funny. I mean he's good, but he's not THAT good. If Washington wins, his playoff record drops to 4-17 I believe? He's a little leaky

I haven't followed him that closely this year, but last year, meh Bob seemed to be the difference as opposed to regular season Bob.

Yeah, he’s pretty much disappeared since after game 3.
That combined with the fact one team’s PP has been consistently reliable, while the other’s struggles to even get the puck established in the offensive zone. I think at least half of the Caps goals this series have been on man advantage situations.
