Navy lost there coach and was 4-8 last year. Are they still running the same offense? I cant see them keeping ot close this year like they did last year.

Technically yes. But apparently they are supposed to incorporate the pass game more and opens things up. So maybe 3 passes a game instead of 1-2

Seems like the books know something

The books know what line will bring in the same amount of money on both sides.

It isn't what they think will happen.

Notre Dame plays TN ST (HBCU) next week.

Which to me means, they have been preparing for a couple weeks for the Option.

Look at historically how more talented teams destroy Army/Navy when they have a week+ to prepare for that offense (drilling constantly Alignment and Assignment).

Marcus Freeman does not seem like a competitor that enjoyed all the early laughter about him in the position last Fall (I.e. Marshall loss).

I like ND to cover both the half and game - making a clear statement that they are better than their start last year.

Thats what im thinking. He has a full season under his belt he catches a team with a new coach and a team that cant throw the ball. I think they pull away in the 2nd half.

ND with a good QB will probably be in the mix for a playoff spot.

3 game schedule of Ohio State, USC and Clemson with 2 of those at Notre Dame.

You are completely wrong. Books often put out lines where they expect most of the money will be on one side.

..and books, if they have a lot more on one side than the other, will also shed some risk by placing bets themselves to even it out.

I ended up taking ND -20.5 and it’s looking good so far but a little while to go. Also thinking NMST -7 and/or Vandy -17.5.

Also, has anyone looked at West Virginia win totals? I feel like under 5.5 wins is a good bet.
