Lennox Lewis

Thought he was just hype and was just a Euro fighter.

Then when he joined Kronk he became more personable it seemed and he found a way to be just a surgeon with scary power.

I hated Kobe back then. Still do. The most overrated star ever.

ohn Wall - I used to think he was an immature and over-hyped bust waiting to happen. I was obviously wrong and he's turned out to be one of the more humble stars in the NBA.

I bet you saw that story about that little girl he was visiting at the hospital and such on the regular, and him tearing up after his game when trying to talk about her.

Not a star, but I used to despise Belichick, but I've really respected his knowledge a ton (even though I hate the Pats).

Derek Jeter, prob cuz he was always winning with the Yankees. I then realized how nice of guy he was and saw all the chicks he banged.

I loathe the Yankees, but I've somehow respected him and Rivera the most on that team, even then. For some reason, he never bothered me (although I understand why people would not like him).

I honestly miss those guys at this point

Good one. He got a ton of hype for the early Superbowls but he was a slightly above average QB at that time. However, over the last 10 years, he has developed into a machine at the position.

Perhaps Russell Wilson will follow a similar career arc.
