Yes, this is a legit discussion on NBA Twitter...

This is so stupid.

It's such a shame that poor Zion might be forced into accepting millions of dollars to play a sport six months a year. WHEN WILL HIS SUFFERING END!?!

I heard it on the Will Cain show on ESPN radio. This is the media trying to make this happen. They are literally spending all day talking about how Zion shouldn't be happy with New Orleans in hopes of influencing him

So hypothetically if Zion stays at Duke does ESPN try the same shite again if he goes to Atlanta or Memphis

He could also join the circus. There's no more legit reports for going back to Duke than there is for him joining that circus.

He's not staying at Duke. Why would he? It's a ridiculous notion

There is legit a decent segment of people saying otherwise.

Other than Steve Francis I can't think of anyone that's really made this threat or acted upon it

The media is trying to make this happen. It honestly wouldn't shock me if Zion convinces himself it's a good idea.

My sources tell me that Zion wants to be in New York so bad that he just told the NBA to frick off and sent in an application to the Manhattan branch of Allstate.
