I mean you can say this about anywhere.

Lots of people don't want to live in Gross Tete. That life gets old quick when you're there 24-7.

60% of the city wasn't even born in the US. It's the greatest city in the world but not the greatest in America.

You ever see the list of things that's the rest of Americans have that New Yorkers dkn't? It's pretty great. Things like: yards, houses, grocery stores, barbecues, sunshine

I’m sure living in New York never gets old if you have an unlimited supply of money, cocaine, and never left your little square of Manhattan.

Instead of going back and forth for 10 pages, just split the difference.

Yes, New York is an awesome city. No, it's not so awesome that anybody would delay becoming a multi-millionaire for a year just for the 10% chance of ending up there next year.

That's fair but it sounds like he at least had a legit gripe. I don't think any sane person is buying he won't play based on the city alone.

>proclaims NYC as the greatest
>person comes in and acts like someone has to have a house and a neighborhood or else its all bullshite
>proclaims that you can literally have that kind of life and enjoy everything the city has to offer
>person acts like that doesnt have any application whatsoever
