So, Zion has a knee injury

He is out for Friday's game, didn't travel with the team and is being evaluated.
TigerWise made a comment 3 hours ago, long before the team announced anything or anyone had a clue, that he had an injury that would be announced soon. Now that the team announced it, TigerWise is saying it is a torn meniscus. How he knows I have no idea, just throwing the unsubstantiated rumor out there from a poster that seemed to know...something.
If true, you can all point and laugh at us.

I wasn't being serious. More of a meme that Pelicans players just get randomly injured constantly, kind of a snake bitten team. Its just kind of shitty, if true.
It could be worse. IF its a meniscus its only a 4-6 week injury.

I don’t know how serious this is. I mean it’s just preszn, but a man his size, jumping like he does...just can’t be good on the knees. Has always been my biggest worry with him. He’ll need to develop an offensive game, outside of his freakish athleticism, if he wants to last in this league.

I mean most rational fans viewed him with skepticism because of his size and explosiveness and how that might likely affect his health as the physical toll of an NBA season moves along, but I’d like to think nobody is laughing because of an injured player.

I meniscus is only a 4-6 week injury so he could be back by Thanksgiving. It isn't the end of the world.
