The Chargers actually have the #1 offense and defense in the league....their special teams are shite though!

And they blow in clutch situations. They are in every game it seems, but lose nearly all in the last minute.

Norv Turner is cancer personified. If they don't get rid of him quickly, they'll have an atmosphere like the one in Dallas that is conducive to mediocrity.
One thing they have that Dallas doesn't is a vocal leader, but it's also easy to get comfortable in San Diego without feeling compelled to win the AFC every once in a while.

The Spanos family must really not know shite about football to keep the people they keep around.
