When i say spreading it to others, I don't mean to "the general population" I just meant other people on the team and then they have to forfeit.

Why are we treating NFL players like they are the weakest of our civilization? Why are we not taking daily and weekly tests at our work? Because it’s a fricking pandering movement. It’s a display.

This shite is OVER, but they don’t want it to be

Because if there is an outbreak at your work, they can just send everyone home. The point of the testing was to avoid having everyone get it and have to miss a game

Good god, yall need to calm down. They are a national brand with unionized players, they can't just "say frick it and let everyone get covid"

If they stopped testing, no one would actually be sick enough to miss a game, and the thing could run its course.

We know that will never happen, though, because of the farce that the government and MSM continues to perpetuate.

My response to this is....where does it end? I mean, none of these professional athletes have ever even been hospitalized to my knowledge....heaven knows if they had it would stop the presses.

Have any of them spread it to an elderly relative who has died? Maybe, who knows - though again if that had been linked it would have been trumpeted to the ends of the earth.

The argument to perpetuate this cycle is that you are I may have gotten it, unbeknownst to me (or you) as I have never tested positive, but I could have had it, didn't know it and gave it to someone who gave it to grandma who died.

Where does this end? Cause this is never completely going away....just like the flu.

So we just keep testing like this and pausing life like this for the ever decreasing chance we might spread this to one person in whatever the small number is who may perish? Hell the chances of me killing someone every time I get behind the wheel of a car is nearly that high. Do we pause all driving?

Where does this end?

I work for a hospital. We are surrounded by covid daily and we don’t do standard testing like the NFL. And we have old arse and unhealthy people that work for us l. I guess you think they are wild for letting us “all just get covid” as you say

Explain why you think it’s more important for the NFL do test than it is for Hospitals. I’ll wait for this genius answer you give

If it wasn't for sports, I'm not sure how much I would ever hear about Covid. They seem to be screwing over their teams with the strict guidelines I don't see most workplaces take.

It’s not about the players themselves, it’s about spreading it to others. I’m not sure how much clearer this needs to be.

They stole an election. And you think the weaponization and politicization of china flu is what will send them to jail?

There should have never been a single restriction. Period. Even if covid was as deadly as Ebola and contagious as the measles there still should be zero restrictions

At the very beginning I can see reasons....there were so many unknowns.

But we're way past the point of allowing us all to decide our own level of risk as we do in every other walk of life. We are NOT responsible for those who are at risk, they are responsible to themselves.

My best friends Mom who is 82 and sister who is 58 have only left the house to go to the Doctor and to visit my friend. When I went to bring them some food they wore masks and I wore a mask in respect to their fears even though we are all vaccinated, and I handed them the food and stood and spoke to them through a screen door briefly.

My friend lives out of town and went to see them and tested that very day to insure all were safe with the new variant he said.

I respect their choice, they are taking responsibility for their own health in line with their fears and beliefs. I don't want to live my life like that and I will not.

I have chosen the level of risk I want to take and my family has as well. We gonna live life and if there are consequences for that it's our choice.

My friend and his family have done the same. Different choice than mine but their choice.

For me it's just that simple.

That's right, the Left is so much more clever than the Right that they were able to steal an election from under the very noses of TFG's administration w/o even one iota of evidence popping up to betray the theft.

Just ignore them- that’s what I’ve been doing. They’ll stop once they realize the vast majority of rational people don’t give a shite and they’re really just missing out on profits.
