From 2015 to 2023, Weiss gained access to databases of more than 100 colleges and universities that were maintained by a third-party vendor, the indictment states. He then got access to the social media, email and cloud storage accounts of more than 2,000 athletes, according to the indictment.

That title should be vacated and the NFL should be investigating as well to see if he was hacking into NFL teams databases.

He didn’t work for Michigan until 2021

Indictment alleges he was procuring nude pictures of female athletes

JUST IN: Former Michigan QB coach and co-offensive coordinator Matt Weiss is being charged for allegedly accessing thousands of female student accounts to download personal, intimate photos.

The feds say, Weiss "targeted female college athletes."

Explain losing in football?

I know you are going to go down with the ship here because why not but:

quote:

Weiss allegedly gained access to databases

goes hand in hand with all the rumors that Michigan was stealing OSU practice footage.

To have a guy who was hacking into databases on your staff, along with a nutjob who wrote a manifesto and was stealing signs is just the beginning

There’s a poster on 11W who has been basically right about the entire sign stealing scandal before new things happen.

Apparently there’s an overlap between this and the sign stealing stuff. And the NCAA only got tipped off about the sign stealing as a result of Michigan’s investigation into Weiss (and it wasn’t the university that alerted them, it was a single individual who knew Michigan was trying to sit on it).

I’m going to laugh my arse off if the practice footage rumor turns out to be true.

The rumor is he used his "expertise" of hacking nudes of college girls across the country to Ohio State players and got access to the film ipads they used.

All alleged, but seems feasible based on the significant indictments issues today.

Was that cat really working for someone writing "How to" books called "Know Football"?

Were they going to compete with the Howie Long book?

I know it’s fun to call OSU fans a bunch of conspiracy theorists but if this was Alabama assistants this board would be in flames.

This is a lot of shady stuff coming from UM. Just gives credence to some of the OSU theories.

Losing to Michigan in 2024 invalidates all Ohio State fans whining about losing from 2021-2023.
